How can I re-enable the 'Delete file everywhere' prompt on Windows?

I am a paid user of Dropbox (I bought the 2TB plan some time back).

Earlier when I would delete any file or folder on Dropbox using the Dropbox App on my Windows Laptop, it used to ask me if I wanted to delete the file/folder everywhere.  Now it stopped doing that.  Now the file or folder that I am deleting would just end up in my Windows Recycle Bin.  I want to re-activate the "Do you want to delete everywhere".  How do I do that???

Go into Dropbox Preferences, click the Account tab and then hold the ALT key down. Some hidden options will appear. Click the Reset File System Warning options button.
