When I try to log in with my Dropbox email, I'm being asked to set up a new account.

Hi! I had a session expired and wishes to log back in via our work email. Instead of dropbox asking mo for the password after loging in using our email. It ask me to signup or register using the said email address. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong here cause I have done this a couple of times already.

    Is it possible you’re making an email typo when trying to sign back in to your Dropbox account? 

     

    In this case, you’d be asked indeed to set up a new account, as the email address would be considered different to the original one.

     

    If that’s not the issue here, were you previously part of a Business team perhaps and the admin deleted your Dropbox account?
