Someone using Dropbox random number generated codes to get into my bank account

Someone has been getting into my account by using Dropbox and using a random number generated code, it has been going on for a few months now but I don’t know how to get rid of it help would be appreciated a lot

    How, exactly, is Dropbox being used to gain access to your bank? That's not something that Dropbox can do.
