Received emails that my password and email changed, but I didn't do this

I received two emails this morning from Dropbox that my password and email have been changed. I did not do either of these actions, and when I tried to let Dropbox know, I wasn't given any options to...

Since this is a security issue and we would need account specific info to assist you further, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

 

To to so:

 

  1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
  2. In "What's your issue" select "compromised account".
  3. Fill out the rest of the form.
  4. Click "submit".

Let us know once you have your ticket number.
