Owner cant access account
I can't login as the owner, an employee set the account up and has left, I've tried to access as owner but login says the e-mail doesn't exist anymore. I can login as me but I cant control the accoun...

Can you please clarify for me what you mean when saying that you can log in as you but you can’t control the account? What type of Dropbox account is this? Is it a personal one or Business?

Hi Nancy
Its setup as the free account, I don't think its a business one as we don't pay for it. I can access the account under my personal name and I see other clients can also, however the admin account has been deleted.

If this is a free Basic account indeed, you shouldn’t have an admin account; admin accounts only exist on Business teams.
Is it possible that the admin account that you mention is a separate personal account, which was deleted by the previous user?

Ah OK, this would make sense, so I suppose it doesn't really matter as long as I have full editing, its just annoying that the icon still shows and says user deleted. Many thanks for your help Nancy.
