I re-activated my Dropbox email address, but I still don't receive the one-time code.

i’ve tried several recommendations with the same problem but it didn’t help (checking spam, adding no-reply dropbox to my contact, etc), but i’m still not receiving any codes

i once created my dropbox account long ago and i still can open it on my device until 2 months ago, then i’m logging  out to switch account (because i have several acc), but when i tried to log in again, it need to verify with code that sent to the email

the email that i’ve been used is somehow missing and cannot be logged in, but recently i can make new email with the same username and email address that connected to the account i have in that dropbox account, but still i didn’t receive any codes when i tried to log in.

please help me fix this 🥹 cause there’s no problem or warning at all after all this years i’m using email that i found out later inactive/lost :( but now i get the email address back so i should’ve log in to that account right?

    Welcome aboard the forum, nailal! Let’s have a look into this. 

    Do you have any devices that are connected to that Dropbox account at the moment? If yes, I’d like you to try and check the section where the notifications normally appear; the one-time code can be found there in some occasions. 

    Let me know if that works or if you need further help.

      unfortunately no, i don’t have any other device that connect to the same dropbox account :(
