Is it possible that the domain itself is preventing emails from being sent to your inbox? Could you check to see if this is the case in the domain settings?

I can try to figure that out and check, but wouldn't that prevent me from receiving *all* emails sent to that address? Because I have tried both sending myself emails to that address from a different account and having other people send me emails to that address, and I receive those. It's only the ones from Dropbox that I don't get.

Thanks for the info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.
