Need help getting access to account where I can't authenticate via MFA due to inaccessible email

Hello Dropbox community, The account I'm trying to access has a student email, that I don't have access to anymore, but somehow I've been getting on since the cache was saved, until earlier this year...

 I'll try that ,thank you. DO you know if an essentials account (that I just made) will get me a human person. The support chat doesn't get me anywhere
