I haven't received the two-step verification code to my email
Hi i cant reiceve two-step verification code for one of my accounts.Is it possible that account can be banned and how i can chek it acc name is [personal information removed per the Community's Guide...

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and list again with the login? Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder.
Are you using a public email provider, or a private business domain?
