I'd suggest contacting our support team, so they can assist you further with this issue.
You can do so, by following these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- Select your issue type and fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Send us your ticket number, when you have it as well.
