Getting a 'Can't connect to Dropbox' message
I belong o a website that uses Dropbox for members to view their content. It worked perfectly for 2 months, then about 9/20, I started getting a " Can't connect to dropbox.Dropbox. Make sure you are online or try again later message.
I have spoken to website and confirmed I am paid up and allowed to access their Dropbox . I am using the correct password.
I did change cell carrier and have a nee phone, but the problem began before I switched last week.
Any fixes, suggestion, help would be appreciated. Thank you

Could you clarfiy what you mean by 'allowed to access their Dropbox'?
Do you mean they provided you with an email and password, or was it a shared folder added to your own account?
This will help me to assist further!
- John9459Explorer | Level 4They provided the link abd the password. According to them, no other subscriber has had this issue that they are aware of.
I neglected to mention that I pay the website firc2 different tiers and I am unable to access either one.
