Dropbox "unavailable in this region" why?
My boss is on a cruise ship. She keeps getting the message that Dropbox is "unavailable in this region" however she is not in one of the countries listed as restricted. She is in Australia. She has used Dropbox aboard cruise ships many times, in many countries and has never received that message before. It will not allow her to log in or access any of our files. Any ideas of how to fix this? She has tried reinstalling the app, but that didn't work. She is using a laptop.
Is the error coming from Dropbox itself, or, is it that the cruise ship is blocking it?
Has she tried using a VPN or seeing where her IP address is locating her - its possible she is being routed via one of those countries.
