Dropbox account was falsely deleted after downgrading from Business - I need to restore it
As registered in the service history, I request the immediate restoration of the account and associated files for the email [removed per Community Guidelines]. I tried the Business plan, but it did not fulfill my requirements. After requesting a downgrade, I had to wait for team availability. The process was completed; however, I am now unable to access my account. It is crucial that the account associated with [removed per Community Guidelines] be restored as soon as possible.
I have all the evidence through chat with Dropbox support, where I was assured that after the team dispersed, NO files would be deleted.
I am experiencing a severe problem and am not receiving the necessary support. This morning, the team falsely claimed that my files were deleted because I chose that option, though I have everything documented.
As I have previously mentioned, I demand the reinstatement of all files pertinent to the account [removed per Community Guidelines]. Otherwise, I will pursue legal measures in Brazil through my company's legal department, as I have exhausted all support options without success.
