Can't sign into my work account - not receiving the password reset email
Hi everyone,
I have a work account that suddenly I can't sign into.
I tried resetting my password but I don't get the email (even in junk boxes). I also tried to fill out a self service recovery form but didn't have a lot of the information so that wasn't successful.
I can't seem to contact dropbox any other way! I'm currently writing this from my personal account. How can I log into my work one again!?

Can you let us know more about why you couldn't sign in in the first place?
Are you getting some kind of error message when you put in your email and password?
Regarding the password reset email, can you also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try again to see if it helps?
