I can't log into my account, since I can't be identified.
Can't log in, answered security questions via email only to be told that I can't be identified....sign in uses old email address that I cannot access. I'm still signed in on opad and laptop but can't...

I'm so upset about this. Can't log in as no longer had access to email address used to sign up to DP years ago.
Well, I managed to regain access to that email address however, still can't log in. Have been going back and fourth with Larry from DP (is that just a generic name for support?) Over 1 week now and no resolution. WHY IS THERE NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR DP SUPPORT????? This is a paid product and I've had better support from free products. Can someone help me please?

Are you having an issue with replying to your previous ticket with our support team?
You should be able to respond through your email normally.
If this is not working for you, please send us a screenshot of any errors you might be getting.
