Password manager questions
Hi, One of my clients wants to start using Dropbox password manager and have her assistants use the platform as well. She has an unlimited/upgraded account. Question #1 - Is there an easy way...

Hey pdweiser, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Friday!
When you say your client has an unlimited account, could you clarify what plan they're on exactly? Are they using an individual account or a team one?
As for the rest of your questions, you can start by taking a look at this Help Center article and this one.
I hope this helps and please keep me posted, Pam.

Thank you. I saw those articles before I posted on the board. Neither of the articles say anything about quota for sharing nor do they address whether multiple passwords can be shared at a time vs one by one. Can anyone help with the original questions I asked?

When it comes to your first question about sharing multiple items, you'd first need to share 1 item with the person you want to share credentials with.
From there, follow the steps from this article (preferences > sharing) to see who you've shared stuff with, click the user's entry of who you want to share more with, then click "share more items" in the bottom right and it brings up everything with checkbox icons on the left of the entries so you can select multiple entries and then complete with clicking "Share x items" in the bottom right again.
As for your second concern, they assistants would need to sign in with their own accounts indeed, and whatever they've been shared with them should be available.
In regards to your last query, note that even if they're on the Dropbox Basic plan, they have unlimited passwords for 3 devices, so no quota issues.
I hope this clears things up and let us know if you have any follow up questions pdweiser
