Do you have a custom DPI/resolution or font/app zoom on your desktop machine?

Hi Jay:
Thank you for that response. I had my display set at 125% scale. I put it back to 100% and, yes, I could see the whole screen. I've only had this laptop for 2 months and never encountered a similar problem. I've got backup working now. I appreciate your help.
