I changed my email and have now lost all my folders and files

I changed my email address and now cannot access my folders/files nor my paid subscription features/functions. Help!

    Hey JulieH1, thanks for your post.

     

    Is it possible that instead of changing your email, you just set up a new account, under the new email address?

     

    I'd suggest opening a private browsing/incognito window and try to sign in to Dropbox with your old address, to see what happens.
