I have a ticket open and receive an email saying there is an update on the ticket but i need to login to dropbox.com/support.
But when i login there is no Ticket history or option to view it. Here is the ticket# 18298866
Please advise, my account has been hack for almost 2 weeks now and still havent recover yet.
