Custom Admin Role for non-members to approve Team folders.

Hey Walter,
Thanks for providing that documentation. I have had a chance to review it and still feel believe the ability to create a granular admin role would be ideal. While some of the listed default roles would meet the requirements, they also allow the designee to make administrative changes or take actions outside the scope of the intended function. This could be solved by either a generic custom role with the ability to apply any of the forty+ permissions or adding the ability to edit default roles (I'm sure the less preferable of the two).
