Why is Dropbox charging me, if I only have a free Basic account?

Good morning,

I would like to have an email address to write to Dropbox.

In my personal account, I see I have only 2 GO.

But Dropbox charged me 179,23$ every year. So I have paid this amount the last 3 years.

So, where can I complant to Dropbox and ask them the pay me back (the last 3 years)?

    Dropbox can only charge your account if you've given them the info. If you HAVENT then you need to contact your card company. More than likely you have actually got 2 accounts and as such logged in to the wrong one. 

     

    Use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to find which account you are paying for and then log on to that and contact Dropbox from it.
