I keep getting the message: "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency" when I try to update my billing information.
What do I do know? This dropbox is for the church I work for and I have a new business credit card that I am to use. But dropbox keeps giving me this message.
I need help.
Thank you,
Jennifer Dunn

Hey jlsdunn, sorry to see you're having this issue.
Have you tried to do this from a different browser, or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

I tried updating my billing from a different browser but that did not help. I am still getting that message. "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
I need to update the billing info. What do you suggest I do now?

Hi jlsdunn, is your account on a Dropbox Basic plan currently? If so, then there is no billing info to update, so you'd need to purchase the plan you want from this page.
