Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi, Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so: " You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency....

I am using dropbox for 8 years,, and my credit card expired so I took some time to update the new one, now I can't update the credit card coz I am getting messages:
"You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
I don't want to cancel my membership coz I don't to lose my current files on Dropbox and I don't want to pay more for the new plans.
Please advise.

What is your current location, and what currency are you trying to pay in?
Could you attach a screenshot showing this error, while hiding any personal information?

Thank you for your reply.
I am located in UAE/Dubai,, and the currency here is Emirates Dirhams (AED).
Please find the screenshot link I am getting after submitting my new credit card details.

I keep getting the message: "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency" when I try to update my billing information.
What do I do know? This dropbox is for the church I work for and I have a new business credit card that I am to use. But dropbox keeps giving me this message.
I need help.
