Upgraded my account to 2000GB via IDEAL but it‘s still on Basic
I decided to upgrade my account to 2000GB (plus) and payed with IDEAL via a Dutch bank. The money was removed from my bank, but my account remains unupgraded and I got an error message.
After paying I saw this is a more common problem, but I can't find the solution. Can someone help me with this problem? I only have the payment description via my bank, because I didn't receive an e-mail from Dropbox...
