Unauthorised billing

On 12 December I was advised by Paypal that "You paid $184.67 AUD to Dropbox International Unlimited Company". I did not authorize this.

To make matters worse, I am advised by Dropbox that I cannot store anything as I am at my 2GB limit - a limit which I understand to be free.

So they take my money - unauthorised - but then don't deliver on the plan !

What a great business model....NOT

Hi there Gareth3 - sorry to hear about this.

It sounds like you're on the Basic plan and that you've reached your account's quota limit. Could you have a look at your plan tab and confirm if that's the case indeed?

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account associated with another email address of yours perhaps?

Also, did you try the self served look up tool to see if you can identify the email address that's associated with the charge?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
