Unable to upgrade - You're already signed into that account.

Hi,

I hope someone can assist. I stopped using my dropbox account about 5 months ago and now want to begin using it again. In the interim, my business subscription cancelled and now I dont have enough space for the current files. I want to now purchase the 2tb option but I am unable to proceed to payment because when i log in dropb promtps me: You're already signed into that account. Therefore, I cannot seem to be able to procees and actually make my purchase.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Are you certain that your Business subscription is no longer active? What plan does it show on your Plan page?

If you cancelled your Business subscription it wouldn't go into effect until the end of your current billing cycle, so you may still be on the Business plan. At the end of the billing period the team would go into a locked state.
