You can cancel it via the play store and it will still be active until your next bill date. then reactivate it online via their site. You don't lose money, but in the event the cancelation is immediate, just wait till the day before yits supposed renew and cancel it. then tue next day reactivate it again when you get the email saying you no longer can upload/sync your files.

I already paid for this via google play store for a year. So, if I cancel, I lose that money, and then have to buy again...
- This is J3 months agoExplorer | Level 4oh. in that case I'm not sure what to tell you besides the steps I did to upgrade myself from the app. I did just read that Dropbox doesn't give refunds and you will keep full access till the date of the next billing date, so even if you cancel, you won't lose accesss But maybe it give you am opportunity to reactivate your account via the site. I'd attempt to cancel it paying attention to all pop ups. You have nothing to lose if you still keep full access for the rest of the year anyway. it's worth a shot. Dropbox support literally offers no help directly on this issue as you can see by their responses in this thread. It's a Google play store issue, it seems like, so maybe contact them if you don't feel comfortable canceling and the trying to reactivate via Dropbox.com. good luck.
