How do I check if I have a subscription with Dropbox? I want to create a Vault
I thought I’d subscribed to Dropbox. How do I check if I have? The reason I ask is I want to create a vault, and I’m getting a dialogue box inviting me to subscribe, and no prompt to set up a

Thanks for your help so far. As I’m trying to empty my iPad of all my files stored there, I also asked Apple help. They steered me in the right direction, and I’ve found the method. I think we can close this case now- but I’m fairly ancient, and severely sight impaired, so I may be back on with daft questions in the future!

More specifically, I’d like you to upload a screenshot of what you see here, as well as one more showing the options that you see when trying to add files to your Vault.
