Hey all, thanks for reporting this to us! 

 

I did some digging on my end, and I'm afraid that it seems our Adobe promotion is no longer active, and has expired mid-October.

Op here. There is no expiry date on the promotion on Adobe's site and the link is still active. 
It's like no one wants to take responsibility for this actually really good offer (on the surface) but it doesn't work. There are no terms anywhere and therefor there should be no exclusions as they are none implied.
