6 days no refund DB no longer responding
Ron, Dropbox customer support guru, issued my refund on the 22nd, or at least he says he did. I've been emailing him since Wednesday. Today is day 6, I wake up, still nothing. How can I call them? ...

Hey DS_86, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Refunds usually take up to 5 business days to be issue from your bank.
That said, could you share your ticket ID from your support interaction so that we can look it up in our system too?
Thanks so much, Dustin.

Hi Walter, ticket number at bottom. Hope you're well and thank you for responding! The problem is that it's been 6 business days. We are past day 5 of course.
So I'm really just not sure what's going on, Dropbox Support no longer responds, Ron no longer responds. It feels as though I was simply skipped over on accident or something but what do I know.
Thanks Walter,
Dustin

It seems that you missed a digit in your ticket's ID, Dustin. Could you check again please?
