Did you give Dropbox your card info? If so you've almost certainly not canceled a trial. If you didn't you need to speak to your card company as somebody has defrauded your info.
Support is available at www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in. That includes even here so try an incognito window. This may also help you: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
