Linked account to the payment
Hello, how can I find out for which account a payment was made? The form requires a 12-character transaction ID, but I don't have one in my bank transaction I don't have an invoice by email on any of the accounts I know of. Is it possible to contact support somehow?

Since you're having troubles with finding the transaction ID that's associated with the charge in question, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team for further assistance.
To do so, you can use an incognito window without logging into any account and fill out this form with all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.
Once you do this and get a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well if needed.
