I've cancelled my plan, but still got billed. How can I get a refund?
I have received a charge for $184.67 on my Paypal account but I have cancelled my subscription and it is not active. I have looked to see if there is another account open, but I cannot find any currently annual dropbox subscription.
My account is only on the free version so I cannot seem to contact anybody about this. How do I go about finding out why I have been charged/getting a refund?

It’s possible you’ve been billed for a separate Dropbox account/subscription indeed.
Besides the email address you see here, do you have another one that may be linked to a second Dropbox account? If you do, please double check its inbox/spam folder for any Dropbox messages and let me know what you find.
