Issues with deleting my account

I cannot find a way to get this stupid account closed. I am angry, frustrated, and I hate this company and will never deal with them again. 

PLEASE tell me how to get this account closed. And no, it does not work to go into manage my account and click on delete account. The jerks will not accept my password, which they require, to cancel the account and so that I can get this awful company in my rear view mirror. But I can sign in to my account with it. If you know anyone who can help me, please have them respond to this post. 

This is not the way to make friends and influence people.
