Issues redeeming 23 GB promo
Hello,
I have been trying to figure this out for years. I have was offered 23 GB free upgrade but it would never apply to my account. I tried to contact support multiple times and only received automatic responses. I would like to know how to finally get this on my account.

Also, usually, it’s necessary to have the desktop app pre-installed on your device to log in and redeem the promotion. Is the Dropbox app already installed on your computer?

Hi Moparblondie, when you say you were 'trying to figure this out for years', is this in a literal sense, or a figure of speech? The email itself is also showing the old Dropbox logo, and not the new one.
The last time we had a specific promotion that you're referring to was back in 2015/6.

Thanks for the info. The promotional offer has long since expired, so it wouldn't be possible to apply it to any account now.
