Dropbox StaffHi Moparblondie, when you say you were 'trying to figure this out for years', is this in a literal sense, or a figure of speech? The email itself is also showing the old Dropbox logo, and not the new one.
The last time we had a specific promotion that you're referring to was back in 2015/6.
- Yes. It has been years. This is the first time I’ve been able to finally communicate with someone from Dropbox. Every time I tried to reach out, I received an auto response and would not be able to speak to anyone.
