Incorrect birthday input when joining a Family Plan

Hi there,

I received the invitation to join a family plan, I read it quickly and I entered (by error) today's date, not my date of birth.

I use Dropbox for work so my account can't be deleted. 

I want to be reach out via email since I haven't found a phone number to call now. 

Please I appreciate some help. Thanks.

    Dear Dropbox community,

     

    I have put a wrong birthday when subscribing to the family option. Now my account is warning to be blocked, I can't find any email to solve this issue, can anyone help me?

        Thanks for the answer, but this lead me either to the Chatbot or here. And the chatbot does not lead me to the option of showing proof of my real birthday. Is there any possibility to send an email to a dropbox moderator?
