I was charged by Dropbox, but don't have a subscription
Dropbox charged my credit card, I know of no subscription and when I log in I don’t have any purchases, just dropbox basic. I cannot end the subscription, since there is none. I cannot contact Dropbox, since I only have Dropbox basic. I am Trapped in this loop of automated emails and answers. It is horrible. No service at all, not even a chatbot available.
I contacted my bank and they send me back to Dropbox since they see Dropbox actually chardeg me.
Please, get me in contact with an actual person and help me solve this annoying problem. Thanks

First, I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for. If you recognize it, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.
If you're unable to sign in to the account or you don't recognize it, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.
If your bank just sent you back to Dropbox, then they're assuming that you actually made the charge or at least authorized it. Make sure they understand that you didn't authorize it and that it's fraud.
