Thanks for your comment. Is it possible to change payment method from yearly to monthly? Also changing business plan to cheaper plan? Dropbox was charged today and they are not worked today. I can not contact with them.

Any changes you make now wouldn't take effect until your next billing cycle. As Mark stated, you can try contacting Support but the terms clearly state no refunds, and you agreed to the charge by not cancelling the trial before it ended.
