I want a refund for my e-signature subscription

I'm assuming that you're referring to a Dropbox Sign subscription, correct?
If you've followed the steps here and couldn't see an option to cancel your Dropbox Sign subscription, you might be signed into the wrong account.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've been billed for Dropbox Sign but I cannot find it in my account settings for the life of me. I can only see that I have Dropbox basic and get 3 signature requests a month, which is all I need right now and why I wanted to cancel my Dropbox Sign trial but couldn't figure out how. I submitted an online inquiry about it last week but haven't received a response.

Sadly, no. I submitted it under the form to look up a credit card purchase because I had the reference number from my credit card statement.

I finally realized that there was an entirely different sign-in for Dropbox Sign, and I was able to cancel my subscription, though I still had to pay for one month, I'm sure. I don't understand how I was able to get a trial through my normal Dropbox account but that's not where the Dropbox Sign account was managed. I find it very confusing.
