I upgraded to the Plus plan, but Dropbox still shows I have 2GB of space.
I upgrade my account to Dropbox plus. But I still only have 2GB storage. In my account I can see Dropbox Plus is subscribed. This is very disappointing.

Hi Aigewen, welcome to our Community!
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Also, how have you been paying for your Dropbox subscription? Directly through your credit cad or through iTunes/Google Play?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

I made a payment using my ABN AMRO bank card directly, and I can see the bill reflected in my account. However, after unsubscribing from the annual plus subscription, I was surprised to find that I now have 2TB storage available. This experience has left me feeling uncertain as a customer.

Hey Aigewen, thanks for the speedy reply!
Do you mean that you cancel your plan? If you did, then it's normal that you'd still see 2TB when viewing your quota.
When you cancel your plan, you're stopping the automatic renewal. Your subscription will downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.
