I pay for Dropbox Plus but can't access account with all the files I have saved.

I pay for DropBox Plus but can't access account with all the files I have saved. How to get technical help? How to get in touch with technical support via email or phone? You get nowhere with online support, you always end up with errors and return to the same pages all the time, without having received help.

Hey KrB2, let's jump right into this!

Would you mind clarifying why you can't access the account with all of your files in it?

Does it throw you an error or something different? I'd love to have the full picture here, before we start troubleshooting this.

Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, one Plus and then another one?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Yes, I think I have at least two accounts - as I don't manage to access the original one, the one I'm paying for (Plus-account). I really don't know why I lost access as I always payd for the account. Every time I tried to solve the problem, I'm getting access to a nearly empty account - an account I don't pay for. Now I received an email where they ask me to update card info at the account as this time, payment does not work. I tried to access and update, but only get access to that empty free account and not my original account. Seems impossible. And no help to get, as support just send me around and around, back to same articles and info sites that don't help me.

If you have the billing info,  you can always use our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate where the charge is coming from KrB2.

That could give you an insight. Let me know what you find.
