I paid my plan last month with Apple, but now I'm downgraded.
Hello, I paid for my subscription last month and yesterday I received an email that says I have been downgraded as my payment is not showing!! I contacted Apple as I paid with them but I can’t contact anybody in Dropbox! I have been downgraded so now I don’t have any of the contact us option available. Can somebody please offer support? I have lots of documents I can’t afford to lose. I PAID ON TIME and the payment is been successful.

Could you try restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device, by following these steps:
In your Dropbox app, tap Account. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings. Tap on Restore purchases, which should activate your last upgrade.
Did you receive any type of error while upgrading your account or did Apple send you any kind of confirmation after choosing this trial?

Thank you for your quick answer! Your recommendation solved the issue, thank you so much. Dropbox subscription was renewed the moment I restore the purchased. My renewal is annually, should I be doing this every time a renew?
