Hi gthompson19! Hope you’re doing great and thanks for posting here.
If you click on your avatar again, do you see a “Manage account” button instead? Do you see details on your account’s billing, if you click there?
And if yes, are you seeing direct Dropbox charges or an in-app payment?
If not, is it possible you’re logged in to a free Basic account instead?
Let me know, and we can go from there.

Thanks Nancy,
I have take the steps as per your advise with no success. My account is a Dropbox plus which I upgraded sometime back through the IOS app. I have canceled my subscription through the Apple Store and are wanting to use a work credit card. Any further advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for giving that a go, anyways! Just to clarify, do you wish to switch to a direct Dropbox plan instead of an in-app/iTunes subscription?
If yes, please send me one more screenshot of what you see on this page, and I’ll have a look.

Excellent! Thanks for the screenshot, gthompson19.
So, by the looks of it, you’re still on a Plus subscription (since you still have 2TB of available space).
Now, as you had initially upgraded your Dropbox account via the App Store and you’ve now cancelled your in-app plan, you’ll need to wait till the end of your billing cycle for your account to downgrade to a free Basic one.
When this happens, you can go ahead and re-upgrade it to a Plus plan directly via our Plans page with the payment method of your choice.
Rest assured that your files won’t be affected by the downgrade. What may happen if you go over-quota is that you won't be able to add more files to your account and syncing will pause on your linked devices till you’ve upgraded once again.
