Hey @rjrex! You also didn’t manually install the Dropbox app, but it came pre-installed, correct?
Was the device brand new or refurbished when you got it?

The Laptop is Brand New,
The Task bar already had an Dropbox Shortcut, When I opened it it asked me to sign in or sign up,
I signed up and created a new account later it redirected me to installing dropbox apk and the shortcut disappered- Megan4 months agoDropbox Staff
