I bought the Plus plan but my account wasn't upgraded. I'm getting an error message as below.
I paid via the website with Amex and the money has been taken.
I went to settings, restore purchases and the message came up
Unable to restore purchases . The operation couldn't be completed...

The Restore Purchases option is only for transactions made through the Apple store. Can you see the upgrade applied to the account when you look at your Plan page? What plan is showing?
