How to cancel a charge of a third-party account, without access to it?
Hi Everyone, I need help !!!
I tried to cancel my subscription for one dropbox account made on an on email address that i can't get in anymore
unfortunately idont have any details to verify my dropbox verification code on this email
I remember the email and the passwords
I have also the all the billing details .
but because I can log in to my account I all the time in a loop
And they still charge me.
Please help me

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

And nothing happened!
no one comeback to me even they say 1-2 days
And it was 8 days ago
