Dropbox has been charging my PayPal account, but I haven't used the service.
I did not subcribe to you but you have been charging me without my knowledge for the past 3 years! I noticed the amount that cost me RM 500++ charging on 29.10.2024. I will not stop asking for refund...

I stand by my claim that I am illegally charged. ... I did not upgraded anything with DropboxMark is correct. Dropbox can't charge you if you didn't give them your payment information. Either you started a trial account and failed to cancel it, or your PayPal account is being used by someone else.
If you're certain that you never gave Dropbox your payment information, then someone else has and you should be contacting PayPal as well.

I just found out that I am basic the whole time. Why the hell I am being charged for the past bloody 3 years! Basic means FREE!
That means you have upgraded a different account then. Which means its almost certain you have started a trial and not cancelled it. As I said they cannot charge you without you giving them the consent to do so.
The only way to sort it out is by working out what account has been upgraded and canceling it OR going via support.
Log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support BUT while not logged in at all - even here. Try using an incognito window.

Thanks for the suggestion Mark but it seems I am not able to submit a ticket WITHOUT logging in or in incognito. However I had checked my I.D transaction and it does not exist . I stand by my claim that I am illegally charged. I only used one account for Paypal and I would usualy use one account for any software purchases so it is easier for me to track. I did not upgraded anything with Dropbox

Yours and Mark`s presumption does not make sense. If I am not able to find a cancelling subscription button because I`m a basic account - how on earth can I cancel it? Check the status as a basic account- there is no cancelling button for basic (free) account, get it? My Paypal account has no problem. Dropbox should not charge a basic account . That is the issue here. I have contacted Paypal and I was informed I need to contact the seller which is Dropbox. I hope I do not have to repeat this again. The unavailability of my account to cancel a subcriptions is a proof that I DID NOT subcribed. I failed to cancel it? Again, I DO NOT HAVE A CANCEL BUTTON. I only have a button to delete the account. Deleting an account is not cancelling the subcription as according to Dropbox logic. Now where is the admin? Why nobody is answering my question of why the transaction I.D DOES NOT exist in your record when I checked, Dropbox?

Because you have upgraded a different account. Dropbox cannot charge, or in fact any service cannot charge, a product without being given explicit authorisation to do so. The look up tool doesn't, I believe work, for PayPal - its card only.
As @Rich said, you need to contact support, like I said previously, when not logged in.
NOBODY here can help. Especially Rich and myself as we are just users, like you.
