Credit card charges for Help??

I have a business plan and recently reached out for support about some functionally that disappeared after the recent update. I got no useful support from the help team but I did get a charge on my credit card for Dropbox Help?

What?

Do they now charge for asking?

    No. If you're on a Dropbox for Business plan, support is included. If you're not sure what the charge was for, use the credit card charge lookup tool.
