In this case, I would suggest opening a support request directly with our team. You can do so, by following these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know when you have your ticket number.

Hannah,
I no longer have access to the email address associated with this charge. So, I am NOT getting the response with the ticket number. I can see the charge, but it was supposed to be cancelled. Should I simply dispute the charge? Please advise.
